• Extensive afternoon and evening traffic
• High visibility and foot traffic
• Traditional: 1,700 – 2,000 square feet
  Express: 1,000 – 1,300 square feet
• Heavy traffic anchors including movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment venues and bars
• Average household income that allows for considerable discretionary income
